Proposed solutions towards waste problem in Hong Kong

To research about the positive and negative on using recycle bins in hong kong, the points should be based on Hong Kong news/articles/statistics/documentaries. Then develop the ideas discuss WHAT/HOW hong kong residents/government could do to protect the environment. WHY is it happening, WHY is the current solutions not working…. Etc. DEVELOP!!!!! Just keep the idea in recycle bins, could add ONE OR TWO SENTENCES about Garbage levy and Incineration Planting IN THE CONCLUSION.

Paragraph1-STATE CURRENT SITUATION: current problems of recycle bins (eg. Not enough recycle bins, people are not using enough etc. this part should be 400-500words)

Paragraph2-DISCUSS and DEVELOP: discuss the source of the problem (eg. Why are the people not using them, the sense of keeping our home city clean is not strong, why is it not strong? Education? Are people not educated well enough to focus on sustainability and recycle problems? Etc… research more and elaborate more…. This part should be 700-900words)

Paragraph3-SOLUTION: What are the solutions we can add onto recycling bins for it to be more efficient on solving the problem of hong kong’s waste? HOW we are going to achieve this? What are we expecting if it worked, if the solution did not work what we can do to try again? (1000words)

total should be 1950 words +/-
